My wife visited Lou at the Napa store and spent some time trying various mattresses with different degrees of firmness/softness. The following day, I accompanied her and tried out the selections she had identified. Lou was helpful throughout the selection process answering our questions, asking us about our preferences and recommending products that might best suit our needs - all without any pressure to buy. Within an hour we had settled on a mattress and box springs that fully met our needs. Lou arranged for us to receive the best possible prices on our selections. Thank goodness Sleep City saved the day!! John was so helpful and professional. I had bought a mattress from a competitor and they promised it by a certain date, that didn’t happen. Called SC in a panic and John handled it! Got us a great mattress at the great price and confirmed delivery. Customer for life!!!

My experience was great. I had hit up other stores in Napa and they spent a lot of time pushing me towards a mattress I never would have been comfortable buying. When I walked into Sleep City on Jefferson in Napa, Lou was personable and gave me a few suggestions based on my sleep patterns. Then he gave me time to explore and check different mattresses out without a lot of pressure, but he was always available to answer questions. I got a great deal and I highly recommend this local business.

I’ve never had to buy a mattress before. I’ve heard the commercials for years, and wanted to support a local company. Service was great! Delivery was great! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and answered all my questions…. Even the dumb ones without making me feel dumb. 😉 I will recommend Sleep City to anyone looking for new mattresses!! 😊
